General Information
Classroom
Check-in begins 30 minutes before the first class session.
If you have already paid for the course, your check-in process will be greatly expedited. Don't bother brewing your own coffee either. We have delicious complimentary coffee and tea waiting for you!
Attend all course sessions in their entirety.
Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we can not issue credit for less than the number of approved hours. In order to receive full credit for your course, please arrive on time and stay for the entire class.
Can I use my phone or laptop during class?
Class will only be interrupted for a family emergency. As a courtesy to others, phones must be silenced during class. Laptop computers must be turned off.
Can I record the class to watch it or listen to it later?
Audio and/or visual recording is prohibited. All rights are reserved by LARSON Educational Services.
Dress comfortably in casual clothing.
We do not expect you to "dress to impress", but you should wear comfortable clothing that suits a classroom setting.

Payments and Refunds
How do I pay for courses?
Secure payment can be made through our website by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) to confirm your class registration. You may also confirm your registration by paying cash at our Fort Myers or Naples office location prior to a class start date.
Cancellations and refunds.
We have the simplest and most liberal cancellation policy in the business. If you can't attend, you don't pay. If, for any reason, you can't show up for class, just give us a call. We'll arrange to reschedule your class, credit your payment towards a different course or refund your tuition. When applicable, course materials must be returned to receive a full credit or refund.
Refunds
If you cancel a course registration prior to a course start date or prior to receiving any purchased products, you will receive a 100% full tuition refund. If payment was made by credit card, the refund is issued directly through PayPal as long as the payment was received in the last 180 days. If payment was received more than 180 days ago, the refund will be issued via check, less a $10 processing fee.
If payment was made by check or cash, the refund will be issued via check, less a $10 processing fee.
A course registration may also be transferred to another course or product and any remaining monies can be issued as a refund via check or kept on file as a credit to a future purchase or registration.
In all refund instances, if books or materials were used or written in so as to not be reusable, refunds will be issued less a $35 materials fee. If you attended any portion of the course, refunds will be prorated based on how many units you attended.
If you purchased any online products and accessed the online product for any length of time, refunds will not be issued.

If you feel that we are not earning your tuition payment or that you have not received the level of service that we promised, please contact our office before you finish class and we will give you your money back.*
*Applies only to classroom courses and if course has not already been completed. Refunds will not be provided if you've already completed all units of a course and/or taken the final course exam.
